Customer Service Representative

Job Title: Customer Service Representative Reports To: Terminal Manager Job Summary: Peak Auto Storage is looking for Customer Service Representatives for our full-time shifts. We are seeking dedicated, friendly, and motivated team members to greet customers, answer phones, do light filing, and handle impounded vehicles.

Job Responsibilities

Process incoming calls, outgoing calls, and customer service inquiries. Respond to customer inquiries on the telephone and in e-mail. Process impounds and releases. Must be able to multi-task.

Required Skills

Previous experience in a customer service environment. Basic computer and data entry skills. Must demonstrate attention to detail and ability to follow instructions. Familiarity with Microsoft Office. Excellent written and verbal communication. Ability to multi-task. Clean criminal background so clearance can be obtained for a VSF License through Texas Department of Licensing and Regulations.

Must have reliable transportation to and from work. Must be able to pass a drug test and background check. Physical Requirements: Ability to sit, stand, walk, kneel and bend as needed. Estimated percentages for each type of activity; Standing 10%, Walking 10%, Sitting 50%, Bending 15%, Kneeling 15%. May require sitting for prolonged periods.

May require walking on unlevel surfaces periodically throughout the day. Reaching above shoulder heights, below the waist or lifting as required throughout the work day. Must be able to lift up to 70 pounds at times.
