HRS Healthcare are recruiting for an OFSTED Registered Manager for a 4 bed children’s home in Walsall. About the Registered Manager’s role

• Develop comprehensive care plans
• Create a great team environment
• Maintain high standards
• Deal with the operational and commercial aspects of the home
• Ensure high standards of care are provided at all times Requirements About You Experience in a supervisory role within children’s residential Level 3 in Children’s residential care Level 5 in Leadership in Management is preferred but not essential Full UK Driving Licence and the right to work in the UK Benefits What’s on offer for the Registered Manager role?
