Position Overview

As part of our front office team, you’ll be the first friendly face our patients see.

Your role

Scheduling and rescheduling appointments Greeting and checking in patients Verifying demographics, insurance, and financial information Ensuring daily balancing is accurate Keeping patients informed about their appointments Traveling to different offices as needed based on demand What We Offer We pride ourselves on a friendly work environment, ongoing learning, and a generous benefits package: Full-time hours, no weekends Payrate- $16.
