Dialysys Technologist

Prepare and operate dialysis machines before, during, and after treatment Monitor patients’ vital signs (BP, pulse, temperature) during dialysis Assist in initiating and terminating dialysis procedures Ensure proper sterilization and maintenance of dialysis equipment Maintain accurate patient records and treatment details Observe patients for any complications and report to nurses/doctors immediately Follow infection control protocols and safety guidelines Provide emotional support and basic care to patients Manage dialysis consumables and report shortages Requirements Diploma / Certification in Dialysis Technology Minimum 1–2 years of experience (freshers may be considered) Basic knowledge of dialysis procedures and equipment Good communication and patient-handling skills Ability to work in shifts Benefits Attention to detail Technical competency in dialysis equipment Patient care and empathy Teamwork and coordination Time management
