Run the bar: Set up, operate, and break down our mobile bars and event stations at each venue. Work with the crew: Coordinate with teammates to keep lines moving and service running smoothly, from small private parties to crowds of hundreds or thousands. Represent Swig: Interact professionally with event hosts and partners, and help create the kind of experience that gets us invited back. Roll with it: Adapt to new venues, setups, and event formats, often on evenings and weekends.
