Cleaning Team Leader - Kambah ACT

Join Our Cleaning Crew! Based in Kambah, ACT, you’ll handle daily cleaning at your site and support a small team across nearby centres—providing troubleshooting, training during site visits, and updating the Cleaning Operations Supervisor on standards and performance.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver high-quality cleaning services on time and to scope. Clean activity rooms, amenities, and shared spaces; disinfect high-touch surfaces. Dust, vacuum, mop, and spot-clean doors and windows. Safely use chemicals, equipment, and machinery; perform physical tasks. Supervise and train team members through site visits and hands-on support.

Act as first contact for on-site queries and escalate urgent issues. Manage equipment and supplies, reporting faults and maintaining stock. Follow all OH&S policies and procedures. What We’re Looking For: A positive attitude and willingness to learn. Previous cleaning experience Strong communication skills and ability to lead a small team Confidence in troubleshooting cleaning equipment (advantageous) A smartphone for work communication.

Valid working rights in Australia. Driver’s licence and reliable car (essential) Willing to obtain a Police Check and Working with Children Check.
