Responsibilities

Check and record fluid levels, cleanliness, and temperatures of various coolants, oils as required Identify early warning signs of potential equipment failure (unusual data readings, noises, sounds, smells, other indicators) Use basic monitoring tools to gather data from equipment (temperature guns, multimeters, ammeters, etc.)

Communicate with equipment operators to gather feedback on machine reliability and performance Suggest changes and improvements to be made to maintain equipment reliability and performance Perform basic maintenance tasks as directed (bolt on/off (piping, valves, etc.) adding fluids, changing filters, purging/bleeding systems) Communicating with operators and maintenance team regarding additional actions needed to promote equipment reliability Assist maintenance team with projects/repairs as needed Qualifications: Minimum Education and/or Experience Requirements: Education: High School or equivalent.

Basic knowledge of electrical and/or mechanical equipment Years of Experience: 1+ in mechanically or electrically oriented role (preferably industrial) Number of Direct Reports: 0 Job Titles of Direct Reports: N/A Skills and Abilities: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
