Tester

This role ensures product quality standards are maintained through thorough and proper testing procedures and practices. Quality Assurance testers report directly to the Quality Assurance Supervisor. As a Tester, you'll spend most of your day on the manufacturing floor performing electrical tests, quality inspections, and troubleshooting production issues.

You'll use specialized testing equipment to verify products meet specifications, document results, identify defects, and work with production teams to resolve quality concerns. This role is hands-on and highly detail-oriented, making it a great fit for someone with manufacturing, quality, testing, maintenance, or technical troubleshooting experience.

Engineering experience is not required.
