Inspect Mansion front and back-of-house (including pantries and storerooms) routinely throughout the day; audit staff adherence to Hotel policies and procedures in all phases of service and job functions; follow up with designated personnel where needed. Supervise all tasks of Butler personnel to ensure guests receive prompt, cordial attention and personal recognition.
Prepare Villas prior to arrival and service Villas of staying guests in accordance with established departmental standards and policies & procedures. Prepare weekly work schedules in accordance with staffing guidelines and labor forecasts; adjust schedules if necessary to meet business demands. Job Requirements: 3 years’ experience in similar capacity in a 5 star luxury Hotel, Resort or Casino environment.
Bachelor’s Degree preferred. Fluent in Cantonese, English and Mandarin. Working knowledge of Opera, Microsoft Office. Concierge PMS and HotSOS an advantage.
