Physical Therapist (FT)

Description Accommodate, Restore & Collaborate, LLC is seeking a full-time Physical Therapist at Meadowbrook Nursing & Rehabilitation in La. Grange, IL. We are looking for a PT to prevent, assess, diagnose, and treat gait, mobility, and function in adult patients at this site. The job duties include, but are not limited to, the following: Performing evaluations/plans of care and providing treatment accordingly.

Appropriately and effectively completing documentation. Screening residents and individuals who may benefit from therapy. Communicating patient status and needs to the patients, family, caregivers, or other members involved with patient care. Directing and supervising the work of assistants as applicable. Expanding and enhancing self, in both clinical and professional knowledge through associations and continuing education.

Providing in-service training sessions or other educational presentations to members of the interdisciplinary team as needed. Supporting and participating in department operations/meetings. ARC Rehab invests in the growth of our clinicians. With this in mind, ARC will pay for a qualified Physical Therapist to complete a Lymphedema Certification program, with a commitment to remain employed with ARC Rehab for three years after certification.

Requirements

Licensed in the state of Illinois as a Physical Therapist. Ability to communicate well with patients, families, supervisors, and colleagues. Comfortable with computers.
