Dental Assistant

Description Job Title: Dental Assistant Location: Cape Coral, Florida We are seeking a friendly and experienced Dental Assistant to join our team at Waterside Aesthetic Dentistry in beautiful Cape Coral, Florida. The ideal candidate will have a passion for patient care and a desire to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Prosthodontist during dental procedures
• Prepare treatment rooms for patient examinations
• Take and develop dental x-rays
• Sterilize dental instruments and equipment
• Educate patients on oral hygiene and post-operative care

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Completion of a Dental Assistant program
• X-ray certification
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Dental Assistant
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Knowledge of dental terminology and procedures License/Certification: X-Ray Certification (Preferred) CDA or EFDA certification (Preferred)
