Landscaper Position Company: Aloha Termite & Pest Control Oahu/Kapolei Location Compensation: Starting Houry Rate $20 - $25 per hour (Commensurate with experience) Position Overview We are seeking a hardworking Landscaper to join our team. In this dedicated role, you will primarily assist our crews in preparing properties for fumigation and pest control treatments, while also maintaining and beautifying our company grounds to ensure a clean, professional environment.

Key Responsibilities

& Duties Property Preparation: Clear, prepare, and clean-up work sites to support pest and fumigation operations. Grounds & Lawn Care: Mow lawns, trim edges, weed, prune or trim trees, shrubs, and flowers, and perform general lawn care. Equipment Operation: Safely and efficiently operate and maintain landscaping tools and equipment, including mowers, trimmers, blowers, power tools, and related machinery.

Site Restoration & Upkeep: Remove debris, correct damaged, broken, or trampled areas, and perform minor property upkeep and repair while adhering to strict safety protocols. Plant & Bed Maintenance (Kapolei Office Location): Maintain current areas, keeping plants, shrubs, trees, and flowers healthy and properly cared for through regular watering, fertilizing, and bed upkeep as needed.

Qualifications

& What We're Looking For Experience: Proven professional background in landscaping, groundskeeping, property clearing, maintenance, and installation. Knowledge: Familiarity with plant care, horticulture, and general landscape principles a plus. Safety & Equipment: Ability to operate landscaping tools and equipment safely and follow all safety protocols.

Reliability: Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently . Physical Stamina & Requirements: Comfortable performing manual labor outdoors in varying weather conditions. Must be capable of bending, kneeling, crawling, reaching, lifting, sitting, walking long distances, working from ladders, roofs, and heights, and moving and operating in abnormal positions safely and properly.

Requires the ability to safely use and operate a variety of landscaping tools and equipment while lifting 75+ pounds. Communication & Requirements: Excellent communication skills and a valid driver's license for equipment operation or site travel. Here is what our people have to say: Mahalo! Requirements

Valid Hawaii or US Driver’s License with a clean driving record. This is a driving position and must have a valid US driver’s license. Ability to pass a comprehensive background check and drug screening. High school diploma or equivalent. Minimum of 18 years of age.
