Manufacturing Operations Support 4 (Swing) Responsibilities: Ensure the quality and consistency of microcircuit parts, following strict quality standards with close attention to detail and steady, deliberate movements. Operate manufacturing equipment such as bonders, pick-and-place machines, epoxy dispensers, and manual assembly tools, handling delicate and sensitive materials in various forms. Work independently under the direction of a coordinator to achieve area goals, collaborating professionally with engineering, trainers, and fellow operators and raising concerns through the standard chain of command. Manufacturing Operations Support 4 (Swing) Qualifications: Ability to work in an ESD room environment and handle delicate products and multiple materials. Proficient computer skills. Experience with microscopes is preferred. Shift: Swing shift.
