Service Advisor

INFINITI of Albuquerque is looking for a motivated, customer-focused Service Advisor** to join our growing team. If you’re passionate about delivering a premium customer experience and enjoy working in a fast-paced automotive environment, we want to hear from you.

Compensation

& Benefits:**

Annual pay range: $40,000 - $90,000 ** (based on experience and performance)

3 weeks of paid time off after 1 year**

What You’ll Do:**

Greet and assist service customers in a professional, friendly manner

Write up repair orders and clearly explain recommended services

Act as a liaison between customers and technicians

Provide accurate estimates and timelines

Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction from start to finish

What We’re Looking For:**

Previous Service Advisor experience preferred (automotive or dealership experience a plus)

Strong communication and organizational skills

Ability to upsell services ethically and transparently

Team-oriented mindset with a positive attitude

Valid driver’s license
