Martorano’s Prime, the premier Italian-American steakhouse by celebrity cook Steve Martorano at Rivers Casino Pittsburgh, is seeking an experienced, high-energy General Manager.

In this role, you will lead daily Food & Beverage operations, mentor team members, and deliver an exceptional guest experience in a high-volume venue.

Responsibilities include

managing department budgets, scheduling, inventory, vendor relations, and ensuring quality control across dining, kitchen, and special event operations.
