Caregiver - CNA - LVN in California

Are you an experienced caregiver, LVN, CNA looking for a full-time job in California? We are a staffing and an in-home caregiving agency continuously hiring COMPASSIONATE CAREGIVERS for our elderly clients in California. When you join our team, you will care for clients in a set location in California. You are going to be offered a great schedule which has a proper mix of different shifts.

We will also need you to work weekends at least 1 weekend per month. We will schedule in such a way that we will try to offer you a consistent number of hours and we are looking for experience and consistency from you. We care about you because you make our clients happy and allow them to live safely in their home. What would you be doing?

You would be helping your client(s) with their "ADLs" (bathing, dressing and grooming, toileting, ambulation, feeding, etc.) We will TRAIN you if there's anything you don't know how to do! We do need a standard of requirements and experience from you seen here below in the requirements.

Requirements

Caregivers from the Philippines - we will need at least the following documents: Educational Certificates: Proof of completion of a caregiving course from a recognized institution. This may include diplomas, certificates, or transcripts. Professional License or Certification: If the caregiver profession is regulated in the Philippines, they may need to show a professional license or certification from the Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) or a similar body.

Work Experience Certificates: Documents that attest to their work experience in caregiving. This could include reference letters from previous employers, employment contracts, or performance evaluations. Training Certificates: Certificates from any specialized training courses relevant to caregiving, such as first aid, elderly care, child care, or special needs care.

Language Proficiency Certificates: If required by the destination country, proof of proficiency in the relevant language (e.g., English, through tests like IELTS or TOEFL). Medical and Health Certificates: To prove they are in good health and free from contagious diseases, which might include a physical exam, TB test, and other medical screenings.

NBI Clearance: A clearance from the National Bureau of Investigation (NBI) in the Philippines, indicating that the individual has no criminal record. Passport and Visa: A valid passport and we will sponsor the proper work visa.
