They're a fast-paced, mission-driven startup where your work ships, your ideas get heard, and your initiative actually moves the business forward About the role: As a Customer Success Specialist at Acres, you'll play a crucial role in helping clients leverage our map-based land intelligence platform to make informed decisions about America's largest asset.

Reporting to the Customer Success Senior Manager, you'll serve as the primary advocate for our customers, ensuring they maximize the value of Acres' comprehensive land data and analytics capabilities. This role combines technical aptitude with strong relationship management skills to drive customer satisfaction, engagement, and growth.

Note: This position will begin as a full-time 3-month hourly position at a fixed rate of $15 per hour. After 3 months of successful performance, the role will transition to a full-time salaried role with competitive benefits, stock options, and a bonus structure.
