Senior Marketing Operations Manager

Description A leading SaaS company providing an AI-powered platform that helps home service businesses manage their operations and drive growth, is looking for a hands-on Senior Marketing Operations Manager . In this roll, you will own and optimize the marketing technology stack, drive automation, improve data quality and attribution, and support scalable growth in a fast-paced B2B SaaS environment.

Responsibilities

Own and optimize HubSpot Marketing Operations , including workflows, integrations, lifecycle stages, lead scoring, campaigns, and reporting. Improve lead routing, campaign tracking, attribution, and full-funnel reporting. Manage integrations between HubSpot, databases, and advertising platforms. Own data quality, segmentation, reporting, and database hygiene.

Optimize partner operations and tracking of partner-sourced pipeline. Analyze funnel performance and identify opportunities for improvement. Build AI-powered and no-code/low-code automations to streamline processes. Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Partnerships, and other teams to improve operational efficiency.

Requirements

Requirements 5+ years of experience in Marketing Operations, RevOps, or GTM Operations , preferably in B2B SaaS. Deep expertise in HubSpot Marketing Hub , including workflows, campaigns, integrations, and reporting. Strong understanding of Google Ads and Facebook Ads and their connection to HubSpot. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach.

Experience working in a fast-paced SaaS or scale-up environment. Strong understanding of the relationship between Marketing, Sales, and Partnerships. Fluent English. Advantages Experience with Make, n8n, APIs, Webhooks, and JSON . Experience with Tableau, AppsFlyer, SEO/AEO . Background in RevOps or HubSpot consulting .

Experience with AI tools such as Claude Code or Cursor .
