Compensation

$55+/HR Senior Master Technician: $65+/HR $10,000+ Sign-On Bonus $160,000+ Earning Opportunity Pay is based on your Ford certification/master level and experience Production bonus paid at 1.5X applicable flat-rate pay based on productivity Responsibilities Diagnose and repair complex automotive systems accurately and efficiently Perform advanced mechanical, electrical, and diagnostic repairs Complete repairs according to Ford manufacturer specifications Utilize factory diagnostic equipment and advanced technology Maintain accurate repair orders and documentation Communicate effectively with service advisors and management Complete work efficiently while maintaining exceptional quality standards Assist with difficult or advanced diagnostic concerns when needed Maintain a clean, safe, and professional work environment Continue developing technical knowledge through Ford training and industry education Benefits $10,000+ Sign-On Bonus $150K+ Earning Opportunity 1.
