Property Litigation Solicitor

Due to continued growth, Themis Recruit are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Property Litigation Solicitor to join this outstanding team. You will assist in a wide range of contentious property matters while working closely with highly experienced partners and associates in a supportive and high-performing environment.

Key Responsibilities

Act on behalf of a wide variety of clients in relation to property-related disputes Manage a caseload under supervision across residential and commercial sectors. Assist senior lawyers with complex disputes involving: Lease renewals and terminations Rent arrears and service charge recovery Building safety and cladding claims Rights of way and rights of light Party wall disputes and boundary issues Telecoms and Electronic Communications Code issues Draft legal documents including pleadings, witness statements, and correspondence Attend client meetings, mediations, and court hearings Keep up to date with developments in property law and litigation procedures Requirements UK-qualified solicitor with 1–3 years’ post-qualification experience (PQE) in property litigation Strong academic background and excellent drafting skills Sound knowledge of landlord and tenant law, property law, and civil procedure Commercial awareness and a client-focused mindset Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to manage workload and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment Benefits Competitive salary and benefits package Opportunity to work on high-profile cases with market-leading practitioners Supportive and inclusive team culture Commitment to continuous learning and development Hybrid working options
