Financial Operations Coordinator (Ocean Freight)

Zencargo is looking for an Ocean Finance Operations Coordinator to join the Operations team in the UK. This person will own all Finance Operations related activities for the business related to ocean services. This is an opportunity to carry real responsibility in your role, in a fun and fast moving environment, with a supportive team and management.

Owns all Finance Operations activities for all businesses related to ocean services Including: Ensures that all jobs are correctly costed and that the net revenue at a job level is positive Has the responsibility of ensuring that all customer invoices are raised accurately, on time and that they match the rates and contracts agreed to with the customers Resolving vendor invoice queries working with both internal stakeholders and vendors Assist with accurate monthly reporting of monthly financial figures for our ocean product Working with pricing and procurement to ensure timely and accurate rate cards and costing Ensuring timely resolution of customer invoice queries Your role won’t necessarily be limited to this - we’re fast growing and everyone's day to day changes as the business grows.

There is plenty of opportunity to progress and learn new things. 2 years of experience in the logistics industry preferably in an ocean environment Highly motivated, detail-oriented, and able to efficiently deliver on time every time Positive attitude and proactive collaboration Good stakeholder management and customer service Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
