Maintenance Assistant

Permanent job available for a Maintenance Assistant to work at a luxury hotel located in Stansted, Essex. Salary up to £20k pa + benefits. Working M-F 40hrs pw. JOB DUTIES The Maintenance Assistant job will involve the following Carry out routine maintenance and repairs. General maintenance including basic electrical and plumbing works.

Painting and decorating. JOB REQUIREMENTS Preferred applicants for the Maintenance Assistant job will have previous maintenance experience working in a hotel or hospitality environment. Ideally the Maintenance Assistant will have basic knowledge of electrical and mechanical maintenance. Be well groomed and have good communication skills.

JOB LOCATION The Maintenance Assistant job is based near to Stansted station, Essex CM24 8BE JOB OFFER The Maintenance Assistant job is permanent Salary up to £20k pa.
