Description Customer Service Representative – Bilingual (English/Spanish) Company: The Kommissary Location: Long Island City, Queens, NY Employment Type: Full-Time | Permanent Schedule: Tuesday–Saturday | 12:00 PM–8:00 PM (flexibility required) About the Role The Kommissary is seeking an energetic, personable, and results-driven Customer Service Representative to join our growing team.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys connecting with people, building customer relationships, and representing a brand with professionalism and enthusiasm. The position combines customer service, outbound outreach, and relationship management, with a focus on engaging existing and prospective customers, communicating our offerings, and supporting business growth.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct high-volume outbound customer outreach, targeting approximately 100–150 calls per day. Build and maintain positive relationships with existing and prospective customers. Introduce company products, services, promotions, and new offerings through engaging conversations. Respond to customer inquiries and provide accurate, helpful information.

Follow up with customers to encourage engagement, strengthen relationships, and identify business opportunities. Maintain accurate customer records, call activity, and follow-up notes. Collaborate with internal teams to communicate customer feedback and resolve concerns. Meet established outreach, engagement, and customer service performance goals.

Requirements

Qualifications Fluency in English and Spanish is required . Previous experience in customer service, outbound calling, telemarketing, sales support, or customer outreach preferred. Excellent verbal communication skills with a clear, confident, and professional phone presence. Outgoing, personable, and comfortable initiating conversations with new customers.

Ability to manage a high volume of daily calls while maintaining service quality. Strong organizational skills, atte ntion to detail, and follow-through. Comfortable using computers, customer databases, Google Workspace, or similar tools. Self-motivated, dependable, and able to work independently and collaboratively. Availability to work afternoon/evening hours and Saturdays.
