Off-Highway Technician (Service Truck / High-Performance Role) Location: Sioux Falls, SD Company: Interstate Power Systems This Role Is for Experienced Technicians Only If you�ve spent years in a shop but never owned a service truck, diagnosis, or customer relationship�this likely isn�t the role. We are looking for a proven off-highway technician with service truck experience who can operate independently and handle a wide range of equipment in the field.

You�ll work on everything from: Generators & power systems Heavy construction equipment (Liebherr, etc.) Air compressors (Atlas Copco and similar) Man lifts, scrap equipment, and material handlers Industrial engines (Deutz, Volvo Penta, Perkins) This is a no two-days-are-the-same role for a technician who thrives on problem-solving and variety.

What You�ll Be Responsible For: Field Diagnostics & Repairs Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems Respond to breakdowns and get customers back up and running Perform repairs accurately and efficiently with minimal supervision Service Truck Ownership Work autonomously from a fully reliable service truck.
