Business Operations Strategy Intern

JMG Financial Group, Ltd. is one of the largest independently owned fee-based wealth management firms in the Chicago area. JMG is seeking a part-time Business Operations & Strategy Intern to join our team for the summer of 2027 in our Downers Grove office, four days per week from June 7 through July 29 (8 weeks). This internship is ideal for students interested in business operations, project management, process improvement, organizational strategy, and business analytics.

The selected candidate will work closely with our operations team on initiatives designed to improve organizational efficiency, enhance the employee and client experience, and support strategic business objectives. The goal of the program is to provide hands-on exposure to how an advisory firm plans, manages, and executes projects and business initiatives that enables advisors to provide guidance and solutions to clients while developing practical skills that can be applied across a variety of industries.

Education

Interested candidates must be a rising senior enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree program in the area(s): Business Administration/Management, Economics, or Finance.
