1/ Sales Performance Analysis: Conduct in-depth analysis of sales data (Sell-In and Sell-Out) to identify trends, opportunities, and risks on product categories. Develop dashboards and reporting tools to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as revenue, discount, UP and sell-through. Provide actionable recommendations to improve sales performance and optimize product mix.

Continiously improve our monthly deck to offer each month a better vision of our collection performances. 2/ Strategic Business Insights: Collaborate with senior management to build reports, dashboard & presentations for the Executive Committee (COMEX). Conduct ad-hoc analysis to support strategic initiatives, on profitability, new product launches, new market entry, distribution efficiency, or digital transformation.

Education

Pursuing a Master’s degree (Bac+4/5) in business school, university, or engineering school with a specialization in strategy, finance, analytics, or management. Skills: Proficiency in Excel and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Qlik). Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable insights.

Knowledge of financial modeling and business strategy frameworks is a plus. Qualities: Curiosity, rigor, and a results-oriented mindset. Interest in Fashion & Textile products. Strong communication and presentation skills. o Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, international environment. Prior experience in business analysis, strategy consulting or finance, is a plus.
