Air Freight Pricing Specialist (m/f/d) - Vecsés

What You Can Expect :

• Manage end-to-end air freight pricing activities , including spot quotes, tenders, and ad-hoc requests
• Analyze market rates and airline service levels to ensure competitive and profitable pricing
• Maintain and continuously update rate databases and pricing tools
• Coordinate with airlines, agents, and internal stakeholders to secure optimal buying conditions
• Support sales and operations teams with timely and accurate pricing solutions
• Monitor pricing performance, margin development, and hit ratios against defined targets
• Identify opportunities for cost optimization and rate improvements
• Ensure pricing compliance with company guidelines, customer agreements, and market standards
• Participate in internal pricing reviews, procurement initiatives, and process improvements
• Contribute to achieving commercial and operational KPIs through proactive pricing support What You Bring:
• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or equivalent industry experience
• Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in the air freight industry, ideally in pricing or operations
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets in a commercial or execution-focused role
• Familiarity with market rates, procurement, and airline service levels
• Fluent in English and Hungarian (written and spoken). Any additional language is highly appreciated and considered a strong asset
