Job Duties/Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to: Utilizing material handling equipment, primarily push carts Perform material handling and warehousing functions Order filling, processing, storing/ picking of parts, materials, equipment and supplies Ability to work with a strong safety-minded culture, in a temperature controlled environment Operating automated packaging equipment, shipping and receiving All eligible candidates MUST pass the following pre-employment screenings before they can be hired to Caterpillar: Background Screening Drug Screening Post-Offer Medical Questionnaire - clearance from Corporate Medical Basic Requirements Ability to frequently lift and carry boxes weighing up to 35 pounds for intervals of 15-30 minutes Walk, squat and bend over for intervals of 15-30 minutes, with or without reasonable accommodation Ability to stand for 10 consecutive hours Ability to work overtime, often on short notice Top Candidates Will Also Have Experience with operation of materials handling equipment - or willingness to be trained Previous distribution center, warehouse, and/or order filling experience What to Expect After Applying: *Applicants that meet the qualifications will receive a call from our talent acquisition team to talk through your qualifications and answer questions you may have.

Summary Pay Range: $20.05 - $25.55 Compensation and benefits offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, job level, market location, job-related knowledge, skills, individual performance and experience. Please note that salary is only one component of total compensation at Caterpillar.
