Line Cook (Closing Shift) – Gillette Ridge Golf Club Gillette Ridge Golf Club is seeking a reliable and motivated Line Cook to join our team for closing shifts. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced kitchen environment and takes pride in preparing high-quality food while maintaining strong standards through the end of service.

As a closing Line Cook, you’ll play a key role in executing menu items consistently, keeping the kitchen organized, and ensuring all closing duties are completed thoroughly to set the team up for success the next day.

Responsibilities

Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and presentation standards Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workstation throughout service Ensure food quality, consistency, and proper portioning Assist with stocking and prep for service as needed Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines Complete all closing duties, including cleaning equipment, breaking down stations, labeling/storing food, and securing the kitchen Work closely with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations during busy service periods Qualifications: Previous line cook or kitchen experience preferred Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Dependable and able to work evening and closing shifts Comfortable working in a high-temperature kitchen environment Team-oriented with good communication skills Schedule: Closing shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
