Automation Reliability Associate

Job Overview : Position will be responsible for assessing and resolving faults generated from automated vehicles. Faults can be due to vehicle encountering debris, bad pallets, stretch wrap, falling or misaligned loads among other things.

The successful candidate will utilize a tablet and reports to assess where the faults are occurring and ensuring they are resolved in a timely manner. Candidate will also be responsible for tracking and escalating faults to ensure automated vehicles have maximum uptime and meet established KPI metrics.

Qualifications

HS Diploma/GED 1-2 years exposure to the PKMS system Excellent Computer skills (Excel, Word, Outlook, Access) Excellent interpersonal skills Able to work with minimum supervision. Self-motivator Team player Able to handle stressful situations. Read/Write in English Accuracy and attention to detail Knowledge of the daily Outboard reports Knowledge of PKMS & SAP is preferred.
