Production Associate

Make freeze-dried pet food from real meat, organs, and bones. $20-$23/hr. Typical schedule is Monday

• Friday 8 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. Overtime and some extended shifts occur as needed. No experience needed; we'll train you. This role involves daily handling of raw pork, beef, chicken, turkey, fish, shellfish, and other proteins. You'll grind, cut, cook, and mix product, then help with packaging, sanitation, and loading trucks. The work is done standing, in cold, wet, and freezer conditions, with lifting up to 50 lbs and PPE required at all times. Fish, shellfish, peanuts, and other nuts (including airborne) are present in our facility.
