About Us

At Napa, we pride ourselves on offering a sophisticated dining experience with a focus on fine wines and excellent cuisine. We have opened our third location in the Carolinas within Exchange Glenwood Place and we're looking for a team of dynamic and enthusiastic bartenders to help create memorable experiences for our guests.

What You'll Do

• Craft and serve a variety of beverages, including classic cocktails, custom creations, and an extensive selection of fine wines.
• Provide exceptional hospitality to our guests, ensuring their experience is nothing short of extraordinary.
• Educate guests on our wine offerings, making recommendations and sharing your passion for wine.
• Maintain a clean and organized bar area, ensuring all equipment and supplies are in top condition.
• Collaborate with our team to develop new drink recipes and improve our beverage menu.

What We're Looking For

• A passion for wine and a deep knowledge of different varieties and regions.
• Experience as a bartender in a fine dining or upscale restaurant setting.
• Excellent customer service skills and the ability to engage with guests in a friendly and professional manner.

Requirements

Experience as a bartender Knowledge of preparing and mixing beverages A bartending certificate is a plus Basic computer and math skills Strong teamwork and communication skills Professional and positive disposition Ability to keep the bar clean, stocked and well-organized Flexibility and willingness to work in shifts
