• Access to EAP and support services The Opportunity Chemist Warehouse Bethlehem is seeking a motivated and passionate individual to join our team as a Full-Time (35-40 hours per week) Dispensary Technician! This position is for a qualified technician with a level 4 or 5 Pharmacy Technician qualification.

Job Responsibilities

Assisting with scripts in/and out and dispensing. General dispensary administration. Updating customer files Order, receive, unpack, and manage dispensary stock, including monitoring stock levels and expiry dates. Provide professional advice to patients and customers on medicines, minor ailments, and health-related enquiries within scope of practice.

Maintain accurate prescription records and patient information while ensuring compliance with privacy and regulatory requirements. Counting or pouring medicines under Pharmacist supervision. Perform the necessary calculations for checking by the Pharmacist. Skills Ability to work well in a team and autonomously Dedicated work ethic Excellent customer service Eye for detail and accuracy Retail Pharmacy experience is advantageous Strong communication skills Willingness to learn and grow with the business Knowledge of Pharmacy products Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Certifications Dispensary Assistant Qualification as a minimum Physical Requirements Repeat the same movements Stand for long periods of time Use hands to handle, control, or feel objects, tools, or controls Why Work With Us?
