Business Analyst

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Data Analyst to support product monetization and business decision-making through data. In this role, you will build analytical frameworks, design and evaluate experiments, and translate complex data into actionable insights. You will work closely with Product, Engineering, Growth, Finance, and Management teams to improve business performance and develop scalable analytics solutions, including reports, dashboards, and AI-powered analytics agents.

Responsibilities

Develop analytical frameworks around product monetization and overall business performance. Translate business and product logic into measurable, trackable metrics; monitor and identify the root causes of metric fluctuations; and provide management and business teams with clear, actionable recommendations. Experimentation: Run A/B tests across user onboarding, product features, messaging, and monetization.

Partner with cross-functional teams to develop product and engineering solutions, take ownership of experimental design and evaluation methodologies, continuously track progress and issues, and deliver conclusive results. Cross-functional Influence: Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Growth, Finance, and other teams to drive the implementation of proposed solutions and continuously review business outcomes.

Analytics Products: Treat analytics context and insights as products to be continuously improved. Based on the team’s needs, design effective reports, dashboards, and analytics agents for Management, Product, and Engineering teams.

Requirements

At least five years of experience in business analytics, product analytics, business performance analysis, or data analytics, preferably within the internet or AI product industry. Strong command of core product analytics methodologies, including metric definition, event-tracking design, funnel analysis, and retention analysis, with the ability to translate insights into decisions and actions.

Hands-on experience in business data analysis, with well-developed methodologies for business modeling, metric forecasting, root-cause analysis of metric fluctuations, and A/B testing. Strong ability to identify priorities, with excellent communication, analytical storytelling, and presentation skills. Able to clearly communicate key information, conclusions, and recommendations to different audiences.

Proficient in using a variety of AI tools and comfortable working in an AI-enabled environment. Manus excels at various tasks in work and life, getting everything done while you rest at Manus AI.
