Expressions of Interest are invited from current Thomas More College staff for the position of EALD Leader (POR 2) . This leadership role supports improved learning outcomes, inclusion and engagement for students with English as an Additional Language or Dialect (EALD), while building staff capacity to effectively meet the needs of diverse learners.

Interested staff are invited to submit a cover letter ONLY addressing: Why you, why the role, why now? How would you work with staff to build on the way TMC visibly embraces cultural diversity, home languages, and the benefits of multilingualism? How might you work with TMC's families to involve them in decision making bodies and to hear their voices in their aspirations for their children's schooling?
