Associate Producer, Branded Entertainment Location: NYC The Associate Producer is an essential support role for the Branded Entertainment team.
Associate Producers collaborate, and sometimes lead, in the production of branded video campaigns, working with Producers, Senior Producers, Supervising Producers, and EP’s to ensure that we achieve the highest standards of quality. This position also serves as a connection point for Production, Post-Production, and Production Management.
Primary Responsibilities Support all aspects of pre-production of branded content video programs. This includes, but isn’t limited to, researching, building of timelines, conducting vendor outreach, supporting casting, booking gear, and booking travel. Support physical production (on-site and remotely) and the hand-off of footage to post-production .
This includes, but isn’t limited to, organizing shoots, arranging catering, writing call sheets, creating production reports, coordinating with courier services, coordinating edit reviews, submitting materials for legal review, and creating expense reports. Support studio and field shoots on-site, as needed. Foster relationships to facilitate collaboration between Production, Creative Development, Production Management, Operations, and Post Production.
Master internal software systems to keep programs organized and running efficiently. Problem-solve daily.
Requirements
2+ years experience in video production at a publisher, agency, or production company. Knowledgeable of digital long-form video, social-first campaigns, and influencer-led executions. Experience working in the branded content industry is a big plus. Audio podcast production experience is a plus. Experience with other executions such as experiential coverage, digital articles and still photography are a plus, but not required.
A positive attitude and solutions-oriented collaborative style. Ability to foster relationships across a complex and matrixed organization. Ability to juggle many concurrent projects in a fast-paced environment. Proficient at writing client-facing emails and managing calendar invites within Gmail. Strong communication skills, in-person & remotely.

Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including but not limited to relevant skills, training, experience, and education.
