• Completed Ed. Join application, including full AB2534 work history
• Transcript showing conferral of a Bachelor’s degree or higher (unofficial copies accepted)
• Screenshot of valid 30-Day Substitute Permit or Teaching Permit for Prospective Teachers from the CTC website (https://www.ctc.ca.gov/)
• Proof of Live Scan clearance through OCDE (https://ocde.us/credentials/Pages/default.aspx)
• Negative TB test dated within the past four (4) years Optional:
• Resume
• Up to two (2) letters of recommendation Comments and Other Information
• Applications must be complete with all required attachments to be considered
