Your role

• Building scalable conversational AI workflows
• Integrating LLM APIs into production-ready systems

• Design chatbot workflows using NLP and Generative AI
• Build assistants for automated customer engagement
• Improve intent detection and response quality through prompt engineering

• Integrate LLM APIs into production-ready systems
• Design prompt pipelines and response orchestration logic
• Improve contextual accuracy through dataset refinement

• Integrate AI workflows with CRM systems and CPaaS platforms
• Deploy automation across WhatsApp, SMS, Email, and Voice channels
• Build API-driven orchestration pipelines

• Experience: 3–5 years in AI Engineering, NLP, or automation development
• Experience deploying AI solutions in production environments preferred
