Aircraft Maintenance Shift Manager (MSP)

The Aircraft Maintenance Shift Manager will assist the Manager Aircraft Maintenance in the management, conduct, monitoring, and control of the Sun Country Airlines’ maintenance production activities for in-house and vendor maintenance of aircraft, components, and powerplants. Assist in the direction and supervision of the activities of all MSP maintenance personnel.

Monitoring of the daily maintenance operation. Identification and analysis of maintenance problems and implementation of appropriate corrective actions.
