In this position you will be responsible for the following: Provide physical therapy assessments and treatment as indicated by referrals and assessments.  Maintain statistics of those served.

Coordinate P.T. with other services offered at the MDC and Comprehensive Programs to include Rehab. Engineering and wheelchair prescriptions. Identify new or improved programming in P.T.  Keep abreast of new and innovative techniques and equipment related to P.T.; objectively evaluate how and why we are programmed and if positive changes can be made to improve services....
