Position: Strategic Sourcing Specialist – Indirect 📍 Onsite | Mechanicsburg, PA 🕒 Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM | Full-Time Looking for an opportunity to leverage your negotiation skills, drive cost savings, and help shape strategic business decisions at a growing company? West Shore Home is hiring a Strategic Sourcing Specialist – Indirect to join our Supply Chain team.

In this role, you’ll partner with departments across the organization to identify sourcing opportunities, evaluate suppliers, negotiate contracts, and develop strategies that improve cost efficiency and operational performance. This is a strategic, analytical role focused on supplier relationships, financial analysis, negotiation, and delivering measurable business value.

What You’ll Do Lead strategic sourcing initiatives across indirect spend categories to support company-wide business objectives Identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements through market research, spend analysis, and supplier evaluations Partner with internal stakeholders to understand business needs and develop effective sourcing strategies Research, identify, and evaluate potential suppliers based on capabilities, pricing, and overall value Lead sourcing projects from initial research and strategy development through RFPs, negotiations, contracting, and implementation Serve as the primary point of contact for supplier negotiations and ongoing vendor relationships Analyze pricing, contract terms, and supplier proposals to recommend cost-effective solutions Manage supplier contracts and monitor performance to ensure contractual obligations are met Develop supplier scorecards and track key performance indicators to evaluate vendor performance Maintain sourcing metrics, savings pipelines, and reporting to support business decisions Collaborate with cross-functional teams to continuously improve sourcing processes and overall efficiency What We’re Looking For 5+ years of relevant strategic sourcing experience High school diploma or equivalent required Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field preferred Strong negotiation, supplier management, and relationship-building skills Demonstrated experience leading sourcing initiatives from strategy through implementation Strong analytical skills with the ability to evaluate financial data, pricing, and cost-saving opportunities Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data analysis tools Financially oriented with the ability to connect sourcing strategies and initiatives to measurable business value High degree of professionalism, ethics, and integrity Ability to manage multiple projects and collaborate effectively with stakeholders across the organization Willingness to travel up to 15% annually Compensation & Benefits Competitive compensation Medical, Dental, and Vision insurance 401(k) with company match PTO and paid holidays Employee discounts and referral program Career growth opportunities About West Shore Home At West Shore Home, we’re redefining the home remodeling experience.
