• Full Time Night Shift Location: Barron, WI 54812 Job Summary We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team for a full-time night shift position in Barron, WI. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality care to our patients, assisting with daily living activities and supporting the nursing staff to ensure a safe and comfortable environment.

Key Responsibilities

Assist resident with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, grooming, and feeding. Monitor and record vital signs and report any changes in resident condition to the nursing staff. Provide compassionate and respectful care to residents, ensuring their comfort and safety throughout the night shift. Assist with resident mobility and transfers as needed.

Maintain a clean and safe environment by following infection control and safety protocols. Support nursing staff with various clinical tasks as assigned. Document resident care activities accurately and timely.

Qualifications

Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification. Previous experience as a CNA preferred but not required. Ability to work independently and as part of a team during night shifts. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Compassionate, resident-focused, and reliable. Ability to handle physical demands of the job, including lifting and standing for extended periods.
