Location: Warsaw Language: English Main purpose of the position The Automation Developer is responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining automation solutions that streamline business processes, improve operational efficiency, and reduce manual effort. The role acts as a technical specialist in identifying automation opportunities, delivering scalable solutions using Power Platform and Ui.

Path technologies, and ensuring the reliability, maintainability, and performance of automated processes and applications. What you’ll do: Design, develop, test, and deploy automation solutions using Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Copilot Studio) and Ui. Path technologies. Maintain, enhance, and support existing automation solutions and business applications.

Create and maintain technical and functional documentation for developed solutions. Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and performance optimization for deployed automations. Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify, analyse, and implement automation opportunities. Who you’ll work with: You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including Automation Business Analysts, Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), project managers, and fellow developers, to design and deliver automation solutions that create measurable business value.

Key qualifications: Hands-on experience with Ui. Path development (required). Proven experience in developing applications and automations using Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Copilot Studio. Understanding of software development principles, testing, and deployment practices. Experience with scripting or programming languages such as TypeScript, Python, VBA, or HTML/CSS is an advantage.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. English proficiency at B2 level or higher. Personal skills you excel: Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
