Job description
The Team Lead is responsible for providing and modeling customer service as per Company standards and policy, generating increased sales and ensuring adherence to all Company Policy/Store standards. The Team Lead supports the store’s leadership team by coaching and mentoring sales associates, maintaining merchandising, cleanliness and safety standards and completing all required documentation.
The Team Lead acts as the main point of contact in the absence of the Store Manager and/or Assistant Store Manager.
