Maintain accurate scheduling and work-order information within the ERP system , including production dates, quantities, priorities, status, and other required scheduling data.
Evaluate production capacity and workload across production areas to help balance volume, labor requirements, equipment utilization, and available production time. Use production data, ERP reports, and scheduling tools to identify upcoming risks and bottlenecks , allowing teams to address issues before they impact schedule execution.
Generate and maintain reporting for schedule attainment, production volume, backlog, capacity, material constraints, and other key scheduling metrics. Support continuous improvement of scheduling processes , including ERP utilization, reporting, automation, standard work, and communication between departments. Maintain strong schedule discipline and ownership , following issues through resolution and ensuring changes are accurately reflected in the system and communicated to the appropriate teams.

Clear verbal and written communication skills with the ability to coordinate effectively with Production, Growing, Purchasing, Inventory, and other departments. Ability to adjust schedules and priorities quickly in response to changing crop conditions, material availability, labor capacity, equipment availability, or business needs.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines while maintaining an accurate and executable production schedule.
