You’ll join a small, impact-driven team building cutting-edge CV/ML solutions to enable faster, smarter construction workflows.

About the role

You'll be the company's first senior AI hire, owning the quality and intelligence of our multi-channel marketing agents end to end. Working directly with the founder, you'll shape agent architecture, evaluation systems, and learning loops while building out the AI team from the ground up. This role is critical to scaling the reliability and effectiveness of agents operating across SEO, content, social, and search channels.

What you will do

Focus on the intelligence layer rather than the application layer. Apply the newest computer vision, LLM models, and AI systems. Ship initial prototypes quickly and improve them based on user feedback. What They're Looking For Applied CV/ML experience with Python, machine learning, deep learning, and computer vision. 0-to-1 builder with AI in production experience.

Growth mindset (slope > y-intercept) and a willingness to tackle challenging problems. Strong communication with empathy and honesty about what’s working or not. Comfortable with “schlep” work as part of building early-stage products. Bonus: experience building something people used or paid for (founder/startup) and/or a construction background.

Logistics: SF-based or willing to relocate; full-time in-office. Industry/tech focus: deep involvement with computer vision object detection and coordinating ML models; emphasis on intelligence-side R&D over application-layer work.
