Spanish Speaking Customer Service for Booking (w. Disability Certificate)

We are looking for Spanish Speaking Customer Service Representatives to join our team, within the framework of our Diversity, Equity & Inclusion policies and in compliance with Spanish legislation on the employment of people with disabilities. In this position, you will act as a Customer Support Advisor for Booking, supporting international travelers and accommodation partners worldwide.

Your role

Managing customer inquiries related to services, payments and technical matters. Providing accurate and professional information via phone and email. Acting as an effective mediator between customers and accommodation providers. Following established internal processes to ensure high-quality service in all interactions.

Requirements

Valid disability certificate, in accordance with Spanish law. C2 level of Spanish and B2 level of English, both written and spoken. Clear and professional verbal and written communication skills. Comfortable using Office 365 and able to quickly learn CRM and internal systems. At least 6 months in a customer-facing role or equivalent training.

Proactive attitude, eagerness to learn and customer-focused mindset.

18.471€ gross per year. 38.5 hours/week, rotational shifts between 09:00–20:00 (Mon–Sun).
