Development Coordinator

Reporting to the Director of Development, the Development Coordinator supports the planning, coordination, and execution of land development projects for the Westbow Group. You will work closely with the development team, the Project Analyst in Finance, project managers, consultants, municipal authorities, and other internal and external stakeholders.

You will coordinate communication, maintain project documentation, and accurately track and report schedules, milestones, budgets, costs, and project priorities. This is a hands-on role; success comes from teamwork, confident upward management, and the ability to influence progress across teams without direct authority.
