Wellness Floor Attendant

**Key Responsibilities**

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the wellness floor, including equipment and common areas. Perform routine inspections of wellness equipment to ensure safety and proper functioning. Assist members with equipment usage and provide basic guidance on wellness floor policies. Restock towels, water stations, and other wellness floor supplies as needed.

Report any maintenance or safety issues to management promptly. Enforce facility rules and promote a positive and respectful environment for all members. Support other team members and assist with special projects or events as required.

**Qualifications**

Previous experience in a customer service or wellness-related role is a plus. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Basic knowledge of wellness equipment and safety procedures preferred. Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented. Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.

Work Environment This position requires working on the wellness floor in a fitness or wellness facility environment.
