Warehouse Supervisor

Ready to lead? Lindsay Transport is seeking an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to lead our afternoon cross-dock and warehouse operations. This role suits a hands-on leader who can keep freight moving while maintaining safe, reliable operations in a fast-paced environment. You will support and develop your team while overseeing local and interstate loading and unloading to ensure schedules are met accurately and efficiently.

Coordinate loading, unloading, stock control and freight consolidation. Keep freight moving safely, accurately and on schedule. Manage workflow, reporting and changing operational priorities. Drive a strong safety culture and hold the team accountable. What You’ll Bring: Proven experience within a HACCP-accredited refrigerated operation.

Experience in freight handling and the accurate documentation of freight movements. Strong leadership, planning and problem-solving capabilities. Sound computer skills and experience in transport management system (ideally Truckmate) High attention to detail. A hands-on commitment to safety, effective communication and team performance.
